ABU HANI Real Estate division has an extensive land bank across Sultanate of Oman. The Division focuses on acquisition, development, renting of residential and commercial properties.

The division owns a number of high end properties (villas, gated-communities, apartment complexes and commercial spaces) across Oman. It also provides comprehensive facilities maintenance by a skilled crew.

The Real Estate Division manages over 100 properties which are being rented out and maintained by an in-house facilities management team.
